Menace is an international iGaming platform combining an online casino with a sports media ecosystem. I joined the product team during the migration from a third-party platform to a fully custom frontend, focusing on improving the player experience, increasing retention, and supporting long-term product growth.

Worked closely with the CPO, CMO, analytics, developers, and support team to redesign key product experiences, including deposits, withdrawals, VIP progression, and other high-impact user flows. Alongside product initiatives, designed promotional campaigns, tournaments, seasonal events, and in-platform marketing assets to support engagement.
Challenge
Replace the limitations of a third-party platform with a custom product experience while minimizing user friction during migration. The primary objective was to improve conversion across critical user journeys, reduce churn, and create a more engaging ecosystem that encouraged repeat deposits and long-term retention.
Solution
Redesigned high-impact product flows, including deposits, withdrawals, VIP progression, and core navigation, removing unnecessary friction from the player journey. Together with the CPO, reworked the VIP system to strengthen long-term engagement and increase player motivation through clearer progression and reward mechanics.
The redesigned experience was aimed at improving key product metrics, including deposit conversion, repeat deposits, feature adoption, player retention (D7/D30), payment completion rate, and reducing support requests caused by confusing user flows. The migration to a custom frontend also enabled a more flexible product architecture, allowing faster feature delivery, continuous UX improvements, and better alignment with business objectives.
